Mr. Alexander's role with NDCPD is a Project Director for Medicaid Infrastructure Grant (MIG) project. Tom received his Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Minot State University. Prior to joining NDCPD, Tom spent 12 years working for community based service providers in Minot area.
