Ms. Armstrong’s current role at NDCPD is Project Coordinator for the ND Comprehensive Employment Systems (CES) Grant funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The CES Grant focuses on systems change efforts to remove barriers to employment for people with disabilities. Ms. Armstrong has previously served NDCPD as the project director for the ND Real Choice Systems Change Grant – Rebalancing Initiative awarded to the ND Department of Human Services- Aging Services Division, as a consumer liaison for the ND Medicaid Infrastructure Grant (MIG), and as the project coordinator for NDCPD’s Right Track Program. Ms. Armstrong holds two Bachelor of Science in Education degrees and has a variety of experience serving people with disabilities and their families.
