Mr. Seifert's role with NDCPD is a System Administrator, Programmer, and developer for the Center. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from North Dakota State University. He has developed programming and system support for various projects developed, maintained, and still used by NDCPD.

He was intrical in the development and setup of the Flatlands Disability Network as well as maintaining the technical equipment and systems used in the Online Disabilities Network that serves persons in education with distance captioning and speech language telethealth services.
