JoLynn Webster

Ms. Webster is the coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Preservice Training Program through the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities. She is also a research associate with NDCPD's Remote Realtime Online Captioning services, ND Volunteers, and ND Educational Services Improvement project.

She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Communication Disorders/Special Education at Minot State University. Ms. Webster is also responsible for teaching graduate and undergraduate special education courses and supervising practicum students. She has been in the field of special education for over twelve years and has extensive classroom experience with students having severe and profound disabilities.
