The Flatlands Disability Network (FDN) is a dedicated high speed data network linking the disability service providers, consumer groups, and disability advocacy groups of North Dakota. It has been created and funded with support from the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities at Minot State University and a grant from the US Department of Commerce - Technologies Opportunities Program
