Steve Peterson
Steve Peterson is NDCPD's Community Services Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the development, marketing,
and provision of support systems. Peterson has served as the Health Systems Policy Analyst for the Medicaid
Infrastructure Grant and presently coordinates outreach for Remote Realtime Online Captioning, Distance Speech/Language
Services, and the Great Plains Initiative on Rural Transportation.
Steve holds a BS in Medical Technology from Minot State University along with certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. He has 20 plus years of experience in business management and technical consultation and takes "service" very seriously.
JoLynn Webster 
Ms. Webster is the coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Preservice Training Program through the
North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities. She is also a research associate with NDCPD's Remote Realtime
Online Captioning services, ND Volunteers, and ND Educational Services Improvement project.
She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Communication Disorders/Special Education at Minot State University. Ms. Webster is also resposible for teaching graduate and undergraduate special education courses and supervising practicum students. She has been in the field of special education for over twelve years and has extensive classroom experience with students having severe and profound disabilities.
Darren Seifert
Darren handles all the technical support, implementation, and server administration for the RROC service, staff and remote sites.
